1. Upload documents: The student creates a Veri Once account and uploads all relevant academic documents, including transcripts, diplomas, and certificates. 
2. Document verification: Once uploaded, the student simply clicks the 'Initiate Verification' button to authenticate the document. The platform will notify an authenticator within the educational institution where the student earned their credential to confirm the accuracy of the document. Once authenticated, the document is labeled 'verified' and can be shared for a lifetime. 
3. Credential equivalency assessment: Once an academic transcript is verified, Veri Once will begin the evaluation assessment. Our proprietary AI/ML engine compares the student's academic qualifications with the educational standards of the country where they intend to study. This involves determining the equivalency of the student's qualifications with those of the institution they wish to attend. 
4. Report preparation: After completing the evaluation, our evaluator team finalizes a report that summarizes their findings. The report includes details about the student's educational background, the equivalency of their credentials, and any other relevant information. The report is added to the students 'digital wallet' and can also be shared. 
5. Institution offer: The student shares access to the verified credential and evaluation report and the institution can make a quick offer.
